Content Providers
If you upload audiovisual content to our Services, we may collect:
- Account information — name, email, phone number, company name, LinkedIn URL, and other details associated with your account
- Identity verification — government-issued ID, photographs, and related documents as required by applicable law
- Financial information — bank account or payment card details (payments are processed by third-party providers; we don’t store card numbers directly)
- Communications — messages you send us via email or our contact form
- User content — videos, images, documents, and recordings you upload, including any associated metadata. We may also ask you to state your name, date, and task in connection with submissions
- Automated processing — algorithmic annotations and filters applied to video data for dataset creation
- Geolocation — precise location data from your device
Customers
- Financial information — payment and billing details associated with dataset purchases (processed by third-party providers)
- Dataset inputs — text, annotations, or other data you provide for custom dataset workflows
Website visitors
- Information shared through interactive features, forums, or social media pages
- Details collected at conferences, trade shows, and events
- Business development and partnership inquiries
- Job application details such as contact information and resume
Collected automatically
When you use our Services, we may automatically collect:
- Device information — IP address, browser and device details, unique identifiers, ISP, and approximate location
- Usage information — pages visited, search queries, links clicked, session duration, and content interactions

From third parties
If you access the Services through a third-party platform, we may collect information you’ve made available via your privacy settings on that service. Users of the Services may also provide personal information about others.

- Other users — Content Provider uploads are shared with Customers who purchase datasets; jobs posted on Sieve are visible to Content Providers

- Business partners — partners with whom we jointly offer products or services (subject to their own privacy policies)
- Sieve Customers — if you use our Services as an authorized user of a Customer, we may share account and usage information with that Customer
- Affiliates — our corporate affiliates
- Legal and safety — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety
- Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets
Your choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
We don’t respond to Do Not Track browser signals. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly without them.
